Forget-me-not Cafe at The Arbors

Please join us for our
Forget-Me-Not Café
Thursday, December 7th at 3:30pm
The Arbors at Islandia East, 1515 Veterans Highway, Islandia
We will be making a
Memory Treasure Chest
Gather up some small mementos that reflect your loved one’s life and treasured moments (ie: photos, postcards, doilies, a spool of thread, playing cards, magnets, perfume, etc.)
Bring small objects about the size of your palm that would fit into a beautiful treasure chest that we will create together.
Our Forget-Me-Not Café is a place where caregivers and their loved ones with dementia reminisce together, while enjoying an afternoon of fun and friendship.
A lite dinner will be served immediately following the program
