Our GrandFriends from Forest Brook Elementary enjoyed hearing from our Islandia West resident Bud Steubing share a book he wrote titled: “A Soldiers Story”. The children enjoyed hearing his heroic stories, and it meant a great deal to Bud that they appreciated a piece of his history with him. Such a special afternoon for all.
