Assists residents with activities of daily living to enhance quality of life. Monitors daily health status and reports to Wellness Director. Must have successful completion of a New York State Department of Health training program as a Certified Nurse Aide; Personal Care Aide; Home Health Aide OR documented assisted living/group home personal care training program.
