Join the Memory Fitness Workshop!
LONG ISLAND ALZHEIMER’S FOUNDATION’s Memory Fitness Center
has introduced Brain Fitness Workshops for adults who do not have a diagnosis of memory impairment but are interested in being proactive in maintaining and enhancing their cognitive functioning.
The workshop sessions are designed to stimulate the areas of the brain that are sensitive to age-related decline.
