Through thought and observing his city, he was able to create some of his most memorable characters. We know life can be hectic sometimes and intense exercise might not always be an option, which is why walking is a great alternative. Just 30 minutes a day can reduce your risk of heart disease, certain cancers, and dementia. If you can’t schedule a full 30 minutes in, take it in stride and try splitting your daily walk up into smaller walks at different times of the day. Don’t forget to be especially mindful of how often you sit throughout the day.
