Rachel M’s family

My mom is a resident of Arbors Islandia West, and from day one of her residency, we encountered countless angels who made her transition wonderful. To June, Minerva, Caitlin, Vivian, who are always there with a smile and helping my mom with missing phone, missing remote, directing her to her everyday activity and helping me reach her. Thank you to the wellness angels who administer her pills and check-ups who make sure her well-being is taken care of. Thank you to Stephanie and Lauren, who oversee that her needs are taken care of in Arbor’s style.

A big “thank you” to Gina and her staff who put together that daily activity and encouraged her to participate in order to make her day go great, especially during the pandemic and the lockdown, when one-on-one was facilitated, making a difficult situation to benefit my mom.

“Thank you” does not seem much for the everyday caring you show our mom.
