Susan has shown her effectiveness with helping families navigate the task of selecting an assisted living community for their loved ones.  Susan can be seen either talking on the phone with new families or providing tours of our community.  Susan is often heard saying she has ‘found her passion with helping seniors’ at The Arbors at Islandia.

Scott has been the Director of Environmental Services since 2021. With over 40 years of experience there is no one more qualified for this position! Matt has been working in the Culinary Department at The Arbors at Hauppauge since 2010 and earned the position of Director of Culinary Services in 2017.  Possessing formal and on-the-job training in Culinary Arts, Matt is most comfortable in the kitchen creating delicious meals and dining experiences for all our residents.
