Our residents tuned in to our activity channel at The Arbors at Hauppauge to watch our cooking show Top Chef Senior Edition. Nina and Ino stepped up to the plate to feature their home made Italian sauce. Nina hails from Foggia Italy and has being cooking for her family her whole life. Ino hails from Tuscany, Italy and worked at a famous restaurant in the city named Pen and Pencil when he served the likes of Jackie Gleason. This was a tough battle the sweet aroma that filled the studio was amazing. Both residents were victors and great sports. We made copies of their recipes for staff who wanted to try it at home. Who needs Food Network when we have our own Arbors Channel! #ArborsStrong #ArborsAssistedLiving  #ArborsChannel
