Dance party and a silly hat parade. Sound like fun? It was. The residents showed their creativity by crafting silly hats. Then danced all day long to the great sounds of Frank Sargeant. It all ended with a vote of applause for the silliest hat. But, of course. And the winner is……ALICE!
