Happy 101st Birthday Ethel!

Ethel had a wonderful birthday celebration at the Arbors at Westbury. She had her family in attendance while Ray Lani entertained us all. Ethel had many treats but her favorite was the cake which was especially made for her by our amazing chefs. She was so thrilled to receive a birthday Citation from County Executive, Edward Mangano. Ethel said she had such a great time today. She said, “After this party I look forward to turning 102!”
