Jim has been part of The Arbors family since 2005. He worked as the Director of Environmental Services in Bohemia, then spent 10 years with Regional Construction, building on his skills in maintenance and construction. In 2023, he returned to Bohemia to take on the DOE role once again. With over 20 years of experience, Jim takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and making sure our residents feel safe and comfortable every day.
