“We have a unique team. It’s vibrant and lively, and my team truly loves the residents.  We like what we do; and you can tell when you like what you’re doing rather than just going to a job. It’s not just my career. It’s my career that I love doing. So I look forward to coming to work in the morning. My residents always check to see what shoes I have on…I mean, they live vicariously through us, and little do they know we’re living vicariously through them.
