Aid & Attendance Pension Program

PROGRAMS

Making Assisted Living Affordable for Veterans and Their Families

Navigating the costs of assisted living can feel overwhelming, but for eligible wartime veterans and their surviving spouses, the Aid and Attendance program provides vital financial support. This federally funded pension helps supplement monthly assisted living expenses, making quality care more accessible and manageable.

At The Arbors, we work closely with families to guide them through the eligibility process and maximize the benefits of this program. You may qualify for up to$2,874 per month for a veteran,$2,424 for a single veteran, or $1,558 for a surviving spouse. Because Aid and Attendance is a mandatory pension, it is not subject to discretionary federal budget cuts, offering reliable support for your loved one’s care.

Our dedicated team is here to help you understand how this program can make assisted living at The Arbors more affordable, so your loved one can receive the care and support they deserve without compromise.
