Residents at The Arbors at Hauppauge participated in a drummer’s circle with instructor George from Spirit Sky Drum school. George explained the benefits and therapeutic aspects of participating in drumming. It’s a great way to relieve stress and promote positive energy!
Valentine’s Day wasn’t short of kisses at The Arbors Kissing Booth! Give someone a kiss every day!  The world needs a little more love going around!
