Fun has no age limit! No matter how old you are, or how old you get, you should always plan a handful of fun activities into your day. Outside, inside, or in the community, fun can be had anywhere!

Fun in the Sun
If the sun is out and shining then why not enjoy a little bit of nature? Luckily, there’s so much to do in the great outdoors. Getting a little vitamin D from the sun and fresh air for the lungs can go a long way.

• Go for a nice brisk walk
• Take lunch outside
• Start a scavenger hunt with friends
• Take pictures of the surrounding nature and landscapes
• Take a trip into town and go shopping or out to eat

Start a Book Club
Gathering a few friends to discuss a book once per week is the perfect way to communicate with others. Even if you don’t have many close friends, this is a great way for people to have like-minded conversations with each other. Interactions about the book could eventually sprout other conversations that could lead to eventual friendships.

Weekly Scrapbooking
Creating a scrapbook is a great way to express yourself by showing off your artistic side. You can use pictures of family, friends, and your interests to show others a little more about who you are and what makes you tick. Talking and telling stories can help you make friends with everyone else as you’re working on your scrapbook. You can then share your scrapbook with others and take a look at theirs.

Even if you have a long list of things to do for the day, you should always set aside some time to have some fun.
