Cindy Lamont

Cindy has been a dedicated member of The Arbors communities since 1998, bringing a wealth of experience across a variety of roles. She has led engaging resident programs, supported new residents as a liaison, and served in both administrative assistant and Case Manager positions. In 2026, Cindy stepped into the role of Assistant Executive Director at the Islandia campus, where she now oversees daily operations.
