As the Founder and CEO of The Arbors Assisted Living Communities, I’ve had the privilege of being both a resource and a solution for countless seniors on Long Island, offering an affordable, compassionate option in senior living. I am deeply grateful for the path I’ve taken and for the incredible team that continues to support my mission and philosophy.
Greg has been part of the The Arbors team since 2006, bringing over 30 years of financial leadership experience across multiple industries. Before joining The Arbors, he held key finance roles with Symbol Technologies, Olympus, and Estée Lauder. Throughout his career, Greg has led domestic and international finance, forecasting, and growth initiatives. He holds a B.S. in Finance/Accounting from Long Island University and has passed the CPA exam.
Anthony has been part of The Arbors family since the beginning in 2005, bringing over 20 years of experience in senior living. He started as a Director of Environmental Services and has since grown into his role, leading the operations team. Anthony oversees construction and renovations across all five communities, keeping each community comfortable, updated, and beautiful for residents and their families. He takes pride in creating spaces where seniors can thrive.
Christine began her career with The Arbors in 1992 as a dietary server and advanced through multiple roles while attending St. Joseph’s College. Her passion for senior care began early, inspired by her mother, who cared for older adults and later faced Alzheimer’s disease at a young age. Christine’s work in operations is both a tribute to her mother and a testament to her continued commitment to supporting seniors and the local community for over 30 years.
Kate has served as the Director of Human Resources since September 2005, bringing two decades of dedication to the residents and staff of our assisted living communities. She finds purpose in supporting a workplace where compassion, dignity, and teamwork thrive. Kate is inspired each day by the opportunity to help employees grow and to ensure our residents receive the best care possible.
Kristen has been a dedicated member of the Arbors family for over 10 years. As a nurse with a deep passion for caring for others, she brings warmth, compassion, and clinical expertise to every aspect of her work. Kristen finds great joy in building meaningful connections with residents and their families, ensuring that each person feels valued, supported, and at home.
Eric has been a dedicated member of The Arbors team for over 20 years, bringing his lifelong passion for the culinary field to work every day. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to crafting high-quality meals and delivering exceptional customer service. Eric takes great pride in creating memorable dining experiences for residents and continues to find joy in serving them with warmth and care.
Melissa has been part of The Arbors team since 2005, holding roles as Director of Community Relations and Director of Business Development before stepping into her current position. With both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Gerontology, Melissa has long known her passion for working with seniors. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help provide the best quality of life to residents at the time they need it most, guiding families and communities with care, compassion, and expertise.
For over 20 years, Chris Greco has proudly served The Arbors Assisted Living Communities, bringing creativity, compassion, and connection to every aspect of her work. She supports the sales team in helping families find a warm, caring home for their loved ones and leads the design of inviting spaces that reflect the comfort and heart of The Arbors experience. Grateful for the opportunity to serve seniors, Chris takes great pride in helping families find peace of mind and residents feel truly at home.
Tara has been part of The Arbors family since 2013, bringing more than 20 years of marketing and design experience to her role as Creative Director. After a successful career in the food industry, she shifted her focus to senior living and has found making a difference in the lives of seniors incredibly rewarding. From online marketing and design to supporting the sales team, Tara loves finding creative ways to share the warmth and heart of The Arbors.
