Last month our residents, staff, and families collected donations of gloves, hats and scarves for the Long Island State Veterans Home in Stony Brook during our Share the Warmth Campaign. Residents from The Arbors at Islandia West were proud to present the donations to a member of the American Legion Post 155. Special thanks to Post 155 for delivering our donations to our well deserved Veterans at their holiday dinner on Tuesday evening, December 13th.
Special Thanks to everyone who GAVE this season!! Knowing that TOGETHER we made a difference…certainly warms our heart and hope it warms yours too!!
