# The Arbors Assisted Living > The Arbors Assisted Living is a locally owned operator of five all-inclusive assisted living, transitions, and memory care communities on Long Island, New York, serving seniors in Suffolk and Nassau counties since 2004. Every community charges one simple monthly rate that covers care, dining, housekeeping, medication management, and activities — with no care levels and no add-on fees, even as a resident's needs increase. Founded by Karen Solomon-Kelly and still locally owned and operated, The Arbors offers three levels of support: Assisted Living for seniors who want independence with daily help, the Transitions Neighborhood as a bridge between assisted living and memory care, and the SafeCare Memory Care Neighborhood for residents living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Communities are located in Bohemia, Hauppauge, Islandia (East and West), and Westbury/Jericho. Main phone: (631) 778-7747. Monthly rates start between $4,400 and $5,300 depending on community. Tours can be scheduled at any location. ## Care Options - [Tailored Care Overview](https://thearborsassistedliving.com/tailored-care/): The three levels of care offered across the communities and how families choose between them. -
